Kia Motors recently received awards for two of its cars during Auto Pacific’s seventeenth annual Vehicle Satisfaction Awards ceremony. The leading automotive marketing and product consulting firm in the USA awarded vehicles that received the highest levels of satisfaction based on a survey of more than 52,000 new vehicle owners.
The 2013 Kia Optima was named most satisfying mid-size car. Combining stunning design with exceptional performance, the Optima offers its owner a unique driving experience that sets it apart from competitors. In addition, Kia’s sporty 2013 Sportage was heralded as the most satisfying compact crossover SUV in light of its outstanding performance, style and the value it offers its owner.
The survey conducted by AutoPacific measures owner satisfaction based on 51 separate attributes ranging from interior comfort and convenience to fuel economy and performance. Through the survey, AutoPacific aims to identify the best vehicles in their respective categories assisting new-car buyers in making an informed vehicle purchase decision. The survey this year included 294 models and 33 brands.
