National Arab Motorsthe exclusive Kia distributor in Jordan, recently hosted a tweetup event at its Mecca Street showroom, bringing together a number of Jordan’s popular tweeps. The event put aspotlight on the all-new Kia Carens, the family car that combines modern design with the latest in safety features.
Tweeps and their families were invited to enjoy a screening of the film ‘The Croods’, while children were given the opportunity to interact with their favorite charactersfrom the film and take part in a host of fun games and activities. Guests were also given a closer look at the new Carens and its state-of-the-art features and listened to popular Jordanian tweep and media personality Aroub Soboh share her Carens driving experience.
As part of its continuous efforts to support Jordanian youth, Kia Jordan announced during the event that it is awarding Hasan Hamad, an electrical engineering student at the University of Jordan, the opportunity to visit the Kia factory in Seoul, South Korea. During his trip, Hasan will be able to observe the Kia manufacturing process and the real-world application of his field of study.
During a speech he gave on the occasion, Mohamad Alayyan, Vice Chairman
of National Arab Motors, highlighted the evolution of Korean manufacturing over the past 10 year saying, “Korean products including the Kia brand have managed to take the lead on a global level in terms of quality and design. Kia cars enjoy a unique and modern identity, in addition to boasting the latest technological features that insure an enjoyable and safe driving experience. The Carens is yet another testament to Kia’s power and ability to surpass all expectations.”
Kia Motors Corporation and DreamWorks Animation have aunched a global campaign promoting the all-new Kia Carens and DreamWorks’ 3D comedy adventure, The Croods. The campaign aimed to highlight the stylish appeal of the all-new Carens which was designed to meet the diverse needs of the modern family.
