LG Electronics a global leader in Electronics & information technology, recently announced a customer care & warranty service agreement for LG IT products with Tronix, a leading company in IT customer care & after sales support in Saudi Arabia.
The announcement for the agreement was marked with a ceremony held at Movenpick hotel in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The event was attended by media and executives from both companies, including, Mr. John Lee – President of LG Electronics & Eng. Asim S. Al Jammaz, Vice President of Tronix.
This new agreement will allow LG Electronics to guarantee its customers the best warranty service for its IT products sold by LG Electronics or its affiliates in Saudi Arabia as well as a distinctive after sales service through a wide network of service centers facilities authorized by LG covering the main cities in KSA as said by Eng. Mohamad Habashy, Operations Manager.

The agreement reflects the dedication of LG Electronics to present the most reliable warranty & customer care service to our consumers in which we will increase the loyalty of our consumers in Saudi Arabia. Mr. Hee Jin Moon added.
According to the agreement, Tronix will be in charge of furnishing warranty service for LG products through its authorized service centers in Saudi Arabia on behalf of LG Electronics, the agreement includes maintenance, repair, parts replacement & installation of LG IT products within the limitation of LG standard warranty conditions & in accordance with LG policies & procedures.
Eng.
