Mahmoudia Motors, one of the leading automotive groups for premium car brands in the Kingdom has embarked on a vigorous campaign to bring staff competency to the highest levels through in-house technical training on Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) systems.
JLR Technical Trainer Ryan Abbott presented five days of practical and theoretical training to technical staff members at the Mahmoudia Motors service center, which provides the service and maintenance needs for all the car brands under Mahmoudia Motor’s umbrella, including Jaguar and Land Rover.
Ryan stated, “The premise of the intensive training is to increase the skill level of all technicians at the Mahmoudia Motors service center in order to provide Jaguar and Land Rover customers with efficient and effective diagnosis and repair of their vehicle, which will ultimately increase customer satisfaction. As our vehicles continue to feature more complex technologies we are pushing for further developments of the technical staff.”
