Continuing its trend of many firsts, UAE’s leading financial institution Mashreq, which recently won Best Credit Card and Best Debit Card Award, launched another unique promotion for its customers who have plans to travel this summer.
For the first time in UAE an offer has been launched, wherein, whenever the value of Mashreq card members’ international spend across multiple transactions, across multiple countries, reaches AED 5000, they get dining vouchers worth AED 100 from the Al-Shaya group. If a customer’s spend touches AED 10,000, they get two vouchers and so on. Upon their return, card members can redeem these vouchers across leading restaurants like PF Chang’s, Al Forno, Starbucks, Texas Roadhouse and Pinkberry amongst others.
Also, if they need to withdraw cash from any ATM, across any country, using their credit card when abroad, they get 5% cash back on their withdrawals.
These offers reflect Mashreq’s commitment to continuous customer delight and are over and above the numerous benefits Mashreq card members get on their international spends throughout the year, such as 25 % extra Salaam points on Platinum Elite, Gold and Classic cards; 3.25% cash back on Smart Saver card and Travel Protect insurance cover.
Travel Protect is complimentary for card members holding Platinum or Titanium debit or credit cards and covers medical emergencies, trip cancelation and loss of baggage & travel documents. It also provides Wallet Protection, which covers card members against the loss or theft of any of these cards on a trip overseas. All these benefits extend not only to the card members but to the supplementary card members as well.
