Mashreq's Ibn Battuta branch
Taking the UAE’s first of its kind initiative closer to its customers; UAE’s leading financial institution Mashreq announced the expansion of its 3 E Cube retail concept to Ibn Battuta Mall branch. . Mashreq believes that the principle that guides their concept of new age banking is based on keeping pace with Evolving needs of the customers, the Bank’s need to Engage them in effective ways such that the customer Experience in the branch is unique and enhanced.
Mashreq’s E Cube retail concept offers customers speedy, smart banking and most of all interactivity with the latest technology led devices. When customers step into the branch, their journey is met by interactive screens, empowering them to carry out any activity they prefer.
The inauguration of the branch was attended by senior management of the Bank; Farhad Irani, Head of Retail Banking interacted with the customers and guests.
Farhad Irani said, “Our endeavor is to continue simplifying banking and offer customers with real technology led products and services. We have come a long way in the innovation space and we will continue to do so and go beyond our commitment to our customers. It is significant to embrace technology in such a way that it compliments and enhances your relationship with stakeholders.”
Customers were taken to a tour to understand the functionality of each service, which created an engaging experience between all attendees.

Mashreq’s E Cube retail concept was initially launched in Dubai Internet City branch and is set to be rolled out in 6 other branches by the end of the year.
