NBAD has launched several Emiratisation initiatives to develop and maximise the potentials of Emiratis in different stages. While they work full time, they continue studying part-time toward the completion of the Master's Degree.
The Bank also offers UAE national staff Al Sadara programme where they can study for a Masters in International Business and gain work experience simultaneously.
In addition, NBAD offers High School graduates the chance to pursue a career path at Branches or Departments while offering to them excellent training at NBAD Academy through enrolling them to Al Bedaya program. Successfully completing 12 months, Al- Bedaya program trainees will gain associate degree in banking and finance.
In 2011, NBAD launched Tomouh to sponsor young UAE nationals who demonstrate exceptional academic achievements to pursue bachelor degrees at prestigious international universities.
