For the second time in a row, National Bank of Kuwait was named the Best Customer Service Bank in Kuwait among retail banks countrywide by Service Hero, an independent organization specialized in cross-industry customer satisfaction and quality standards.
“NBK provides exclusive services and banking products to meet the requirements of our customers, through the largest local and international network among all GCC banks," said Mazin Al Nahedh, Group General Manager, Consumer Banking Group.
“The Service Hero award recognizing NBK as the ‘Best Customer Service Bank in Kuwait’ acknowledges NBK’s long standing dedication to our customers,” he added.
The award also recognizes the high level of transparency, trustworthiness and reliability of NBK. The award is determined by an online survey, with more than 13,000 direct customer votes and was validated and reviewed to ensure empirical and authentic findings.
The award is based on eight criteria: confidence in the product, speed of service, quality, price versus value, company's ranking, and behavior of staff, call center and the usefulness and functionality of the website.
NBK enjoys the highest credit ratings in the region by international rating agencies: Moody's, Standard & Poor's, and Fitch Ratings. It has the largest overseas network encompassing more than 176 branches, representative offices and subsidiaries worldwide.
