Nestlé Professional, will showcase its new range of NESTLÉ Docello Dessert Mixes at this year’s Gulfood 2014, one of the largest annual trade events for the global Food & Beverage industry.
The all new NESTLÉ Docello premium range of continental dessert mixes allows professional chefs to craft quality desserts in just a few simple steps and with minimal impact on operating costs. Three classic flavours – Chocolate Mousse, Crème Brulée and Panna Cotta – will be on display at the unique Nestlé Professional “Create Your Sweet Signature” themed stand.
The Nestlé Professional stand will also feature live cooking demonstrations and samples, giving chefs and industry professionals the opportunity to learn more about Nestlé Professional’s new cooking innovations and sample its latest offerings.
Nestlé Professional will also host a private lounge at Gulfood 2014, accessible by invitation only. The lounge, which will offer a secluded area for customers and chefs to meet and relax, will serve finger food as well as NESCAFÉ MILANO coffee and beverages throughout the day.

Gulfood 2014 will take place 23-27 February, 2014 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The five-day show brings together 20,000 brands and more than 4,500 exhibitors.
