Park Hyatt Dubai has been given the Reader’s Choice “Best Hotel in the Middle East” award by one of the world’s most prestigious luxury travel magazines, Condé Nast Traveler.
“This award is a reflection of what discerning travellers have been saying about the Park Hyatt brand for more than a decade. I was a part of Park Hyatt Dubai’s pre-opening team and am very proud to see our efforts over the years come to fruition. We are very proud of what the Park Hyatt Dubai team has accomplished in terms of Hyatt’s “authentic hospitality” and personal attention to all our guests,” said Peter Fulton, Managing Director, Hyatt International, South West Asia.
Park Hyatt hotels are an integral part of Hyatt’s multi-brand luxury hotels portfolio. They are known for their emphasis on personalised luxury, distinctive and intimate design, locally influenced art collections, signature dining experiences and discreet and distinctive service. Park Hyatt spas, such as Amara Spa at Park Hyatt Dubai, feature the very best rejuvenating facilities which help to melt away the intrusions of the outside world
Park Hyatt Dubai is an outstanding example of what Park Hyatts around the world have to offer. The hotel opened in 2005 and continues to offer unparalleled elegance at its waterfront location, adjacent to the world-famous Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club. The delivery of luxurious and contemporary hospitality at Park Hyatt Dubai matches that of the most renowned Park Hyatt properties around the world – such as Park Hyatt Tokyo, featuring heavily in the film ‘Lost in Translation’ and Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme, recently awarded a five-star classification as one of the eight official palace hotels in France.
The Park Hyatt experience begins before guests walk in to the hotel. Dedicated Park Hyatt reservations specialists are attuned to guests’ needs as part of the pre-arrival process. On arrival, guests are greeted by a tranquil atmosphere and a personalised and easy check-in process. Guests can then relax in a luxurious, yet understated and elegant lobby area which has been designed with the discerning traveller in mind. World renowned architects and interior designers custom design each Park Hyatt to combine modern style and regional trademarks unique to each property.
“The Park Hyatt experience is one that lingers in the minds of our guests and we are looking forward to another Park Hyatt joining the brand portfolio in our region. This November we will open Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas on Saadiyat Island,” added Fulton.
There are 15 new Park Hyatt hotels scheduled to open across the world, including Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas in the UAE, Park Hyatt Hyderabad (India), Park Hyatt Chennai (India) and Park Hyatt Ningbo (China) opening in 2011/12. Announcements have also been made for Park Hyatt Doha and Park Hyatt New York.
The award was announced at a ceremony in New York on 10 October.
