Ramada Hotel & Suites Ajman, a premier destination for business and leisure travellers, maintained its position as the leading hotel in the northern emirates with 95% room occupancy in 2012, selling 105,000 room nights for the year, surpassing 2011 figure.
The property is also pleased to report that the guest from the leisure segment has seen an increase of 200% as compared to 2011. Majority of the guests are from Germany and the CIS markets but the Indian and Pakistani guests remained as top nationalities that stayed at the hotel. Other guests are from USA, UK, Russia, France and the GCC countries.

Ramada Hotel & Suites Ajman has recently completed its AED10million hotel refurbishment project and is now ready to offer more luxurious accommodation to its guests. Sixty rooms have been renovated and an executive floor was added to accommodate a greater number of tourists during the peak season.
Hamdani noted that new properties are opening their doors in 2013 which will bring competition as more tour operators are taking interest in promoting Ajman as a tourist destination but “we will turn these challenges into opportunities as we look forward to expanding our share in Ajman year by year. We will continue to provide well-appointed accommodation and first-rate services to encourage our guests to stay with us again and attract more guests from potential markets.”
