Ramada Downtown Dubai advocates healthy lifestyle for employees

The management team and staff of Ramada Downtown Dubai participated in a team-building activity, aimed at encouraging a healthier standard of living for employees through general well-being, nutritious dietary options and active lifestyle. 

Organised by Health, Mind and Body (HMB), a health and wellness company, the activity called “Big Bite for a Healthy Living: How to take actions towards a healthier lifestyle”, was facilitated by Helga Marin Bergsteinsdorttir, an inspirational speaker and founder of HMB. During the sessions, she shared her knowledge on the importance of a well-balanced way of life, especially for people who work in the hospitality industry. Various interactive activities were carried out such as visualization, yoga and meditation, lunge and spot exercises, and an on-the-spot cooking of healthy meals.

One way of achieving this is to ensure that everyone feels healthy inside and out.
