Renault Service Center in Riyadh
The number of Renault cars on the roads in Saudi Arabia has increased noticeably over the last year. Recognizing the need to serve customers better and going by the Renault philosophy of Customer First, Gulf Advantage Automobiles (GAA) inaugurated a new Renault Service Center in Riyadh, further reiterating their expansion plans while enhancing GAA’s leadership position in the Kingdom.
The Service Center is the largest of its kind in the GCC covering an area of around 3000 square metres. There are 35 bays, providing various types of repairs – mechanical, electrical, denting, painting, bodywork and washing. It is staffed by more than 15 qualified technicians. These integrated sections enable all minor and major jobs to be completed with high quality and speed.
“The service facility has been built to fulfill the demand for body and paint services in Riyadh and its size and state-of-the-art equipment emphasizes the importance GAA attaches to reaching out to its customers in the region and providing them with the highest level of service excellence,” said Mr. Divyendu Kumar, GAGulf Advantage Automobile’s managing director.
“The service station re-iterates our commitment to our customers and the growth of Renault in Saudi Arabia. Our service facilities are manned by Renault trained technicians and dedicated Renault service personnel ensuring that the customers get total peace of mind when they leave their cars with us for service and repairs,” he added.
With the growing number of Renault vehicles on the roads in Saudi Arabia, maintenance and service has been given extremely high priority by GAA. As the importers of Renault vehicles into KSA, GAA have set up an elaborate infrastructure all over the country for sales, service and spare parts for the entire range of Renault vehicles. Thanks to the planned approach to total customer care, Renault sales in the Kingdom have grown exponentially on the year, making Renault the largest-selling European car brand in KSA and the fastest growing brand in the GCC.
“Renault has come a long way with almost 100% parts availability, low cost of ownership and a growing family of satisfied customers. The same has been highlighted time and again by various researches and surveys undertaken by Renault at a pan GCC level”, Mr. Divyendu Kumar concludes.
GAA, the exclusive distributor of Renault, is celebrating the completion of the first year of a successful partnership with Renault in the Kingdom. The company has had an impressive first year, unrivalled by any other brands in growth and awareness. Now GAA is heading towards a New Year and even greater accomplishments.
“Our growing sales are a key indicator to growing brand acceptance. But, to keep Renault customers satisfied in all respects, the back-up services are critical. Which is why, Renault in Saudi Arabia has state-of-art service facilities oriented around not just vehicle care, but also around caring for the customer. When service is built around a wholesome ethos like that, satisfaction would be expressed better by the customer”, concluded xxx of GAA.
The Renault principle of safety is outlined in four basic points: prevent, correct, protect and educate. Renault provides equipment that performs auxiliary tasks automatically, promoting the responsibility of drivers by warning them when they are not in a position to control their vehicle or when they put themselves in a position of potential danger. For example, the visual and audible seatbelt reminders and tire pressure monitoring. The inherent handling and braking qualities of a vehicle are fundamental factors of its overall dynamic, active safety and accident avoidance performance. Renault considers actively improving safety to be a priority and stands out as the only carmaker to have obtained the maximum five-star Euro-NCAP rating on 12 occasions.
Renault has an impressive model range to choose from. With models such as the Logan, Fluence, Safrane, Koleos, Clio Sport, Logan Van, Logan Pick-up and Trafic, Renault offers sustainable mobility to a wide spectrum of customers in the Kingdom.
