Samsung Electronics, a market leader and award-winning innovator in consumer electronics and home appliances, announced the launch of their new washing machine range the ecobubble. The ecobubble creates more bubbles than the average machine, allowing cold water washes to do the same as hot water washes do, in traditional machines, providing the same quality and results whilst using less energy. EcoBubble delivers great washing results even in cold water, saving energy and caring more for delicates.
Talking about the introduction of these new washers, Duke Park, General Manager, Samsung Egypt said “We are constantly looking for ways to better meet our customers’ needs. Washing machines can use a lot of electricity and end up being very expensive, especially if you’re a big family, but the ecobubble washers solve this problem washing your clothes to the same standard whilst saving up to 70% of your machines energy output”.
The entire machine range is based on a Bubble Generator which creates a larger quantity of rich soapy bubbles. As the wash begins, the generator uses an initial water intake to create a concentrated detergent solution; sucking large quantities of air into the flow and pumping this mix rapidly up into the wash drum, creating a cushion of soapy rich bubbles, which soak deeply and evenly into the fabric. Additionally, the even distribution of soap also prevents soap residue being left on the clothes.
With the introduction of the Digital Inverter Motor, even more energy can be saved, as the powerful motor drives Samsung's front-loading washers, whilst still reducing sound. Even the largest of Samsung’s ecobubble range he 12KG Super Capacity washer saves energy by utilizing Samsung’s Smart Weight Sensor, which can detect the exact load of the wash inside the machine and the calculate how much energy and water is needed to wash it. Additionally, the machine features and LCD on the front of the washer, highlighting the cycle program most efficient for the particular load.
