A delegation from the Saudi Aramco Trading visited ‘Emirates General Petroleum Corporation’ "Emarat" at their Headquarters in Dubai, to examine the services and products provided by the Corporation as well as to discuss the prospects of co-operation in the petroleum products sector.
The delegation which was led by Mr. Mr. Mohammed K. Al-Mulhim, Supply & Trading Manager, Abdulsalam Al-Haszmi, Operations Manager and, Mr. Mazin M. Dabbagh, Business Development, met Mr. Abdulrahman Qasim Al Ali, Commercial Sales Manager at Emarat, Managing Director Emoil, in presence of Mr. Ibrahim Yacoob Al Tamimi – Terminals & Logistics Manager, and Mr. Khalfan Edrees Al zabi, Manager Terminal Operations.
Mr. Al Ali welcomed the delegation and asserted Emarat's commitment to strengthen co-operation with all the companies seeking to collaborate and exchange experiences with the Corporation.
The delegation then made a field trip to the Emoil Petroleum Storage FZCO and heard a detailed explanation of the operations, safety and security procedures, monitoring and supervision processes at the company.
Emoil was established as a joint venture between Emarat, BP Global Investments Ltd. and Trafigura Beheer BV.
The company' Built on an area of 47,000 square meters in Jebel Ali Free Zone, the facility includes nine storage tanks of varying capacities for blending and storing high quality gasoline products with a total capacity of 228,000 cubic meters.
