Holiday season at the Emirates Palace
Emirates Palace Hotel started the new holiday season yesterday, beginning with an art and music ceremony attended by hundreds of visitors and guests from different cultures.
Mr. Bogra Berberuglo, General Manager of Emirates Palace, said that the palace is always happy to welcome guests to various events that foster an atmosphere of joy and happiness to all.
He said in a speech, held under the huge lighting Christmas tree, which reaches a height of 14 meters under the Palace’s dome, “The beginning of the holiday season here in the Emirates Palace is an occasion to meet with friends and family, in an atmosphere of upscale full of luxury and unmatched hospitality services.”
"As you all know, we’ve just celebrated the 40th anniversary of the formation of the UAE. We are proud to be the icon of Arabian hospitality in Abu Dhabi. And we are happy to share the spirit of the festive season with guests and visitors from all over the world, which reflects on the openness of the leadership of the UAE. Abu Dhabi is a modern city, built on proud traditions, and respect for many cultures," he mentioned.
He also added, “We are proud today to be a symbol of the Arab hospitality in Abu Dhabi, and glad to welcome guests and visitors for the new holiday season from all over the world.”
“We hope you’ve enjoyed the entertainment we had the other night, the musical by members of the UAE ST Joseph’s church performing the philharmonic; choir of carolers. And Santa Claus will be making an appearance very soon,” he said.
He ended his speech saying, “Please enjoy the beautiful music, Gluhwein and cookies, and the decorations as we light our tree and usher in the festive season.”
Seasonal celebrations will continue at the Emirates Palace until the end of this month.
