The timing of Superboom’s wins is fortuitous as the Middle East is awaiting the 2011 edition of Cityscape Global, the largest business-to-business real estate investment and development event in the region taking place late this month in Dubai. Cityscape attendees are expected to discuss lucrative Malaysian projects following Superboom’s latest honours, among them ‘The Haven,’ a USD 90 million development of 26-story high-end lakeside condominiums being built in the Perak capital of Ipoh next to a lake with an impressive 14-storey, 280 million-year-old limestone outcrop.
