Transguard Group on par with CSR

Christel House students at the Transguard charity golf day which took place last week

Dubai-based Transguard Group recently hosted a charity golf day to raise awareness for Christel House India, a school for underprivileged children in Bangalore. Transguard has a longstanding relationship with the school, sponsoring a classroom each year, and it has now expanded its support by offering students the chance to forge successful careers within the company through an in-house vocational training scheme. 

Four students from Christel House have been brought to Dubai and are going through an internship process working in different departments within Transguard. 

“Christel House is a long term project for Transguard and this group of talented young students will be given every opportunity to carve out a management career with us” said Mark Povey, Communications Director, Transguard. 

“Their fulltime internship lasts for two years and we hope when they have completed the programme they will stay with us and have a successful management career with the group that helps them to fulfil their potential” added Povey.
