Profit rise for Egyptian Contracting and Construction
The Egyptian Contracting and Construction Holding Company posted net profits of EP 105 million in the fiscal year ending June 30,2000, compared to EP 85 million in the previous year. According to Al-Ahram newspaper, the company’s board of directors decided to distribute awards and incentives to the company’s employees and executives for the 2000 fiscal year.
The company’s general assembly recently discussed the performance and budgets of their 20 subsidiaries. Chaired by the company’s Chief Executive, Safwan Al-Salmi, the assembly revealed that these profits totaled EP 230 million in the fiscal year ending June 30,2000 compared to EP 195 million in the previous fiscal year. — (Albawaba-MEBG)
