Qatar to get LG Electronics Customer Information Center
LG Electronics plans to open a Customer Information Center (CIC) in Qatar by the end of this year. The dual-language CIC, which will operate on proprietary LG software, means that product service will be a call away for LG customers in Qatar.
Qatar will join a regional network of CICs, which are currently in 12 countries across the Middle East and Africa. Currently LG Electronics has 1,520 service centers in 55 countries throughout the Middle East and Africa. Now LG is looking to launch a cyber CIC service throughout the region by the end of this year. — (menareport.com)
