Real estate sales in Kuwait saw a significant rise during September helped by the apartment and commercial sector following a sharp decline in August, an NBK real estate report indicated Tuesday.
717 sales transactions were registered at a value of KD 155.1 million with unit sales and value increasing 42 percent and 59 percent respectively from the previous month. Growth in value was led by the apartment and commercial sector where sales value surged by 107 percent while the number of units sold rose by 14.8 percent.
