The Saudi Abdullah Bin Saeedan & Sons Real Estate Company announced that all of its customers database will be run, as of now, based on the Customers Relationship Management System (CRM), which is being developed by Microsoft. Mr. Salman Abdullah Bin Saeedan, Chairman of the Board of the Bin Saeedan Real Estate Company, said that believing in customers' importance and their own needs and requirements within the continuous development of the real estate market, the company always strives to provide them with unique services.
Therefore, it implements customer care program in order to strength the relationship with current customers and support the contact with them utilizing latest technological contact channels throughout implementing Microsoft Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) to be the first real estate company implanting the Arabic version of this system in the world.
