According to Al-Bayan newspaper, Mr. Faisal El-Qasimi, Chairman of the Sharjah Economic Development Department & Sharjah Free Zones, announced that a new real estate law will be issued in the Emirate once the local municipal council finishes the debate on this new law.
The chairman added that the business authorities in Sharjah are seeking to issue new laws and legislations in order to regulate and supervise the rapidly growing real estate sector in the Emirate. He stressed the importance of issuing such laws as soon as possible.
