Sorouh Real Estate reveals short listed firms for Golf Gardens
Eight companies which will submit bids for the construction of the Abu Dhabi’s prominent Golf Gardens real estate project have reportedly short listed by Sorouh Real Estate.
The sought after work will include construction of residential villas, a club house, roads and infrastructure, landscaping and all other essential elements of the project, which will be comprised of 389 luxurious residential villas and town homes built over 347,000 square meters, according to Gulf News.
It will also boast convenience stores, high-end restaurants, health and fitness centers, swimming pools and tennis courts within its Gardens Club located in the heart of the development.
The tender for the complex’s construction is expected to be awarded by the end of this month after having been submitted at the end of June. The project is expected to be completed by 2008.

The firms short listed include Al Habtoor Engineering, Aktor Construction, Seidco, Emirates Belbadi Contracting, Pivot Engineering & General Contracting Co, Abu Dhabi J&P, Arabtec Construction, and Ali Bin Mousa & Sons.
