Tamweel offers special finance rate on two Nakheel properties
Tamweel, UAE’s home finance company is offering a special finance rate of 5.9% (floating) on two prestigious Nakheel properties to mark the month of Ramadan. This special rate will be applicable for the Jumeirah Village and The Lost City properties, and will be offered until the end of Ramadan. Tamweel’s floating rate products offer financing for up to a period of 25 years.
Announcing the Tamweel offer, Adel Al Shirawi, Chief Executive Officer of Tamweel said; “The holy month of Ramadan, and the season of generosity is upon us, and we at Tamweel are happy to offer this special finance option as a gift to all our customers. Tamweel will collaborate with Nakheel to bring this value added offering to our customers, especially in the month of Ramadan.”
The Nakheel properties included in this offer by Tamweel are The Jumeirah Village and The Lost City. The Jumeirah Village encompasses more than 6000 spacious villas and townhouses set amidst beautiful landscaping, and will be marked by luxurious leisure and lifestyle amenities to deliver a holistic living experience to its residents. The Lost City was launched at the beginning of October and will recreate a series of ancient lost cities from different parts of the historic world.
