Turkey to issue tender for terminal construction at Antalya International
The Turkish government plans to issue a tender for the construction of a second international airline terminal at the Antalya International Airport. The tender is expected to be issued between October and mid-November. According to the State Airports Administration (DHMI), the terminal will be constructed under a built-operate-transfer system and will cover 60,000 square meters of land.
In a bid to overcome its economic crisis, Turkey shut down six of its airports this past February. The airports remain under the authority of state airport management and are expected to re-open in the near future. — (menareport.com)
