From confident to arrogant: image versus illusion

A conundrum in sense of self:

"I always wondered how one portrays their confidence without being called arrogant. I am not sure where to even begin. If one has any form of over confidence, they label them as arrogant. So if one is arrogant, would people would think they are confident?"

Finding the fairy tales in life, or manipulating life to fit the fairy tale?

"It is not that i hate fairies…I don’t…actually they look so cute in cartoons and fiction movies.

But i hear there’s a tooth fairy…and this is the one i unintentionally killed..."
