Hamptons MENA, a premier property services company with a strong geographic presence in the Middle East and North Africa region, has strengthened its Moroccan portfolio by signing the marketing contract for The Address Jnan Amar Marrakech, a luxury polo retreat developed by SIAMA (Morocco), a subsidiary of Saudi Arabia-based Azmi Abdelhadi Group (AAH Group).
Hamptons MENA will showcase the private villas of The Address Jnan Amar Marrakech to offer discerning customers the opportunity to be part of one of Morocco's most eagerly awaited luxury resorts and the first polo facility in Morocco.
Billed to become a magnet for high-quality tourism in the region, The Address Jnan Amar Marrakech includes a five star hotel managed by The Address Hotels + Resorts, as well as branded private villas.

Scheduled to open in 2012 and spread over a 500,000 square metre space, The Address Jnan Amar Marrakech will have a 5 star luxury hotel, rejuvenating spa, world-class restaurants, tennis courts equestrian club and polo academy, as well as 92 private villas in 8 distinctly unique layouts. Among the equestrian club facilities are two polo fields and superb horse stabling facilities. The villas are architecturally striking and beautifully landscaped, and are elevated to overlook the lush expanse of the polo fields, with the dramatic Atlas Mountains beyond.
