In a testament to du’s service delivery and consultation standards offered by its Professional Services team, the company announced it has been awarded with the prestigious ISO 9001:2008 certification, the global benchmark for quality management standard.

The ‘ISO 9001:2008’ standard specifies Quality Management System (QMS) requirements focus on an organisation's ability to meet and improve upon customer satisfaction and quality requirements. As part of the certification process, du Professional Services has established, maintained and improved upon its own QMS in order to ensure that the service delivery of the professional organisation continues its commitment to customer satisfaction.
The award was granted through DAS Certification, (DAS) – a world leader in assessing business processes and products against internationally recognised standards. DAS emphasises that ‘ISO 9001: 2008’ focuses on processes and customer satisfaction rather than procedures, and so is equally applicable to service providers, such as ‘du’.
