Dubai Properties Group, a member of Dubai Holding, today announced that Nestlé Dubai Manufacturing has signed a four-year agreement to lease an entire building at Nuzul as premier staff accommodation for its employees.
The agreement was signed by Eng. Hassan Taher, Community Manager, Nuzul, and Yves Manghardt, Chairman and CEO, Nestlé Middle East.
The Nuzul community has been meticulously planned to offer business owners an alternative option to better accommodate their workforce. Located in the Jebel Ali Industrial Area 1 with easy connectivity to Sheikh Zayed Road, Emirates Road and other main highways, Nuzul can house up to 10,000 skilled residents and provide an enhanced lifestyle for Dubai’s workforce with 2,230 rooms in 13 buildings, on a built-up area of 92,000 sq. ft.

Nuzul features dedicated recreation and entertainment areas, a supermarket, retail outlets and a mosque. A clinic, pharmacy, emergency treatment room, game rooms, food court, library and an Internet café are in the pipeline.
