When I read, "She now plans to work with local musicians to record a whole album in other Pakistani languages," I am happy, because I am supposing that valuing Pashtun culture, and making that clear, is square one if you want someone to consider what is of value in the culture that you're representing, and presenting. The airways are surely significant where it is dangerous to go around in person, but will local musicians want to visit the consulate for recording sessions? If so, offer tea and sandwiches?
