Mr. Abdulla Hassan Al Noman, Manager, Retail Sales Operations at Emirates General Petroleum Corporation “Emarat”, praised the corporation’s employees at various stations in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, for their honesty and civilized behavior and dedication to their assigned duties.
His comments were made at a special ceremony, during which he honored employees who demonstrated distinguished performance at work. This was part of Emarat’s monthly “Star of the Month” program”, which it launched in 2004.
In a speech, Mr. Al Noman congratulated all honored employees. He praised their significant efforts and contributions to the corporation and its progress. He also commended their team spirit and cohesiveness.
Al Noman said: “We are committed to move ahead with our development and product and service improvement strategy. For that, we will continue to monitor our performance and analyze any changes in the levels of operations according to our set standards and specifications. This endeavour is in line with our goals and objectives to maintain a reputable, highly regarded and upright image of the Corporation in the eyes of our customers and partners”.
He called on other employees at the corporation’s service stations to exert similar efforts to obtain recognition. He asserted that the key to success is the establishment of harmony between employees at the workplace.
