Posted: 15-02-2005 , 11:08 GMT

Following an invitation from the Arts and Culture Establishment of Algiers district, the French Comedian, Dieudonnי, will perform for the first time in Algeria. During his visit he will give his one man show, composed from a series of monologues, titled "My Excuses".

Liberate Algeria reports that Dieudonnי will perform in Ibn Khaldoun hall, on Wednesday February and Thursday, February 17.

Dieudonnי was born in 1966 to a Breton (Franc) mother and a Cameroonian father and lived a happy bourgeois childhood. He was drawn to writing from an early age but first started working as a sales man of cars, phones and so on until (in 1991) he could eventually realize his dream and went on stage.
