Egyptian actor Summaya Al Khashab admitted that she has been divorced for two months. Until now her divorce was a secret and she has yet to disclose the reasons for the divorce. Summaya said that she her and her ex-husband are on good terms.
According to the London daily Elpah, Summaya is already in a new relationship with someone from outside the entertainment industry, who she may marry. She will announce her decision after her new film “Casino” is completed. Hani Salameh, Khaled Saleh and Wafa’Amer also star in the film, written by Hani Fawzi and directed by Khaled Yousif.
Summaya’s film “Heen Maysarah” is now playing in theaters. The film is also directed by Khaled Yousif. Summaya plays the role of a lesbian, a daring role since it may not be accepted by Arab culture.
