30 fellowships for Iraqi students

The general department for delegations and cultural relations at the Iraqi ministry of high education and scientific research announced the availability of 30 fellowships for Iraqi students form Russia. The fellowships are directed for the Academic year 2005/2006.

 

A source at the department has indicated that the fellowships are distributed as follows: 10 for PHD studies and 20 for master degrees. The fellowships are to concentrate mainly in physics, mathematics, anatomical pharmacy, veterinary, psychology and computer science.

 

The source, according to Almendhar newspaper, said that certain conditions should be met in order to grant the fellowships to the qualified students.
