New airline to enter Iraqi market

A senior official at the Iraqi ministry of transportation said that the establishment of Tiba Aviation Ltd will enhance the existing fleet of airliners operating in Iraq. He explained that Iraqi pilots and engineering will be recruited to operate the new airline.

 

The source added, according to Azzaman newspaper, that the ministry intends to modernize its fleet by purchasing modern planes with in order to initiate flights to destinations all over the world.

 

The source stressed that the ministry continues to cooperate with other relevant parties such as Jordanian Airlines to improve its services.
