Jordan's King Abdullah invites Olmert for talks

king abdullah of jordanJordan's King Abdullah II is due to meet Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert in Jordan in mid-June, a court official said.  "King Abdullah II has invited Mr Olmert to visit Jordan and the Israeli prime minister will come in around two weeks," the official told AFP. "The meeting will center on means of reactivating the negotiations between Palestinians and Israelis."

 

Meanwhile, during a brief visit to the United States, the King met with U.S. President George W. Bush in Washington on Monday evening to discuss bilateral ties as well as latest developments in the Middle East.

 

Regarding the Israeli -Palestinian proble, according to Petra, King Abdullah underlined the importance of moving forward in the pursuit of a two-state solution as outlined in President Bush's vision for peace.

 

He also stressed the need for both Israelis and Palestinians to resume negotiations as soon as possible and reiterated the need to channel assistance to the Palestinian people in order to avert a humanitarian crisis in the Palestinian territories.

  The king wants to make sure he is in power for the best interest of Israel. Otherwise he and all Muslim leaders should ask Israel to stop Mossad of committing all these terrorist acts in bahalf of Muslims. Alqaeda leaders are killed long ago but Mossad is keep blaming them for all these terrorist acts. If we want to stop terrorism we have to stop Mossad, I think.

  King Abdullah cannot rewrite history, geography and demography by royal decree and Olmert cannot bury his head in Jordan's sand. Fact is that Jordan is 76.9% of the territory of Palestine.
