Posted: 06-07-2008 , 11:29 GMT

Stemming from its belief on providing quality services in gated community in Jordan, Taameer Jordan Holdings (TJH), recently signed an agreement with Central Gas, to supply the Andalusia with the natural liquid gas techniques.

In accordance with the initiative, the first of its kind in Jordan, TJH will construct a network to deliver gas to all villas in Al Andalucia project throughout a central distribution station. The agreement was signed by Engineer Aref Al-Taher Executive Vice President of Engineering at TJH, and engineer Sami Zreikat General Director of the Central Gas Company

From his end, the Vice President of the Engineering Affairs, Mr. Aref Al Taher said, “We are committed to provide top quality services and facilities in Al Andalucia project. This emanates from our dedication to make Al Andalucia the role model gated community in Jordan. This agreement is one of many that we signed with national and international companies to operate the project”.

He also added, “Logically phasing out the domestic gas cylinders, the service shall necessarily reduce cost by 50%, in comparison with the traditional heating systems.  It is also environmentally friendly and offers safety and comfort for the respective users”.

Al Andalucia is the first residential city that features the “gated community” in Jordan.  Only 15 minutes away from the 7th circle in Amman towards Queen Alia International Airport, the city is built on a land total area of 800.000 sqm. The project consists of 570 villas of 10 different designs.

The villas were designed within the highest standards, from the quality of the luxurious finishing to entertainment facilities and services as well as protection and maintenance.

The project’s villas were designed with the latest architectural designs that apply with the demands of modern life for people who want to create their own luxurious life. Green trees and water fountains will be surrounding people. Best engineers and architectures designed the villas. Villas are constructed using top quality building materials and luxurious finishing.

Al Andalucia is equipped with various systems and technologies could be implemented, such as control and security systems, broadband internet and communication lines, and TV cables and video-on-demand distributed on houses called “House Connection”.  It also has streets, parking spaces, walkways and a water purifier station.  It is estimated that the project will be delivered by the end of this year.
