Kuwait: Capital tower project

According to Al-Watan newspaper, the Kuwait based Refad Hotels and Resorts, which provides international and regional hospitality services, signed a contract with the Al Dar National Real Estate to manage the capital tower project, which belongs to Al Dar. The project will be established at a 3,500 square meter area in eastern Kuwait city. Refad Hotels and Resorts

 

The project, which 350 meter high, is consist of 48 floors. It will be accomplished in the first quarter of 2009 by KD 88 million costs. The contract was signed by Antoine Yazbek, President of Refad Hotels & Resorts, and Mr. Waleed Hasoun, CEO of Al Dar National Real Estate Company.
