Posted: 20-05-2009 , 11:56 GMT

kuwaiti premier Sheikh Nasser Mohammed al-Ahmed al-SabahKuwait's emir decided to name once again the same prime minister who earlier was criticized by deputies for alleged misuse of public funds, charges that led to his cabinet to step down. According to the AP, state-owned Kuwait TV said Sheikh Nasser Al Mohammed Al Sabah was reappointed and asked by the emir to form a Cabinet.

His reappointment comes days after a new parliament was elected.

The new cabinet will be Nasser's sixth since he was first appointed to the post in early 2006.
