The famous Lebanese artist Haifa Wahbi revealed that she is suffering psychologically after playing the role of “Besa” in her first Egyptian cinema film “Dukan Shahateh” (Shahateh’s Supermarket), pointing out that she forgot Haifa the singer and started to live the suffering role of “Besa”. 
There were even sad marks on her face before her wedding and while she performed on stage since she finished filming her role in the film. Haifa was greatly touched by the character she played in the film. During an interview on the morning show “Sabah Al Khair Ya Arab” (Good Morning Arabs), which is aired on MBC satellite channel, Haifa said that she truly was touched by the character “Besa” once she read the script of the film and she got attached to the new character to the point that after she finished filming she couldn’t step out of the role.
At the same time the director of the film Khaled Yousif said that Haifa’s performance in the film was outstanding and he encourages her to leave her singing and to free herself for acting only, because she will be a great actress.
