We acknowledge the prsident of Somalia to visit in Libya wh ich is a friendly country. It is observed the nation of Somalia should survive as a nation. It is a vital step for the Somali people to rebuild their country and become a nation living under the rule of law. we command the Libyan government to assist the nation of Somalia without a government for the last 15 years, it is a cry against race an african country with less resource.   i think its the right time for comrade Ghadafi to atone for his past mistake of siding with christian/jewish ethiopia during the ogaden war agains somalia. he should seize this opportunity to massively support the restoration of a govnt in somalia.
