Morocco Telecom receives ISO 9001

Morocco Telecom has recently received ISO 900- 2000 quality certification in Skhirat. Emarrakech reports that the certification was given to Abdeslam Ahizoune, the president of the Morocco Telecom by the General Manager of DNV (Det Norske Veritas), one of the leading registrars for the certification, during a ceremony that took place in the presence of Fathallah Oualalou, the Minister responsible for Privatization and Finance, and Rachid Talbi Alami, the Minister responsible for Economic affairs. Eric Salan, the General Manager of DNV, noted that ISO 9001-2000 was given to Morocco Telecom for the quality of the services provided and for the products and services offered by the company. "This certification is the fruit of a true team work which mobilized everyone working in Morocco Telecom. Our employers completely adhere to quality requirements and to the satisfaction of our customers,” said Mr. Ahizoune, the president of Morocco Telecom.
