Posted: 10-05-2005 , 09:41 GMT

Following the success of the first edition of “Rhythms of Peace” festival in Morocco, the preparations and the promotion of the second edition of this international, electronic music festival begin this month. The 6-day festival is scheduled to take place from August 25 until August 30 on the beaches of Tafadna near Essaouira (Morocco). The festival’s visitors, the organizers expect about 5,000 people, will be lodged in three “villages” on the beach of Tafadna, which will offer them concerts, art and craft industry exhibitions, meetings with associations as well as all necessary services (from showers and transportation to medical services).

EMarrakech reports that the festival will host more than 70 international artists and 12 Moroccan acoustic groups. Participation in the festival will cost about 60 to 100 EURO.
