Cooperation agreement between Algeciras and Tangier

A cooperation agreement was singed between Algeciras port (in the southern Spain) and Moroccan port Tangier on Monday September 5. According to this agreement, Algeciras and Tangier ports will work together to promote Gibraltar Strait as a first-class international trade point. The aggreement envisages that two ports will cooperate to provide a higher quality of service for the passengers traveling and to facilitate transportation in the area. The administration of Algeciras and Tangier ports will also exchange information on security related issues.
