Raja Qasabni moves to Lebanon

Star of the show ‘X-Factor,’ Moroccan singer Raja Qasabni arrived in Beirut last month to sign a new contract with ‘Rotana’.  She has decided to reside in Lebanon to bolster her music career. raja


  For the time, Raja will personally select the songs for her new album.  She will travel to Egypt to listen to a number of songs.  


According to the London daily Elaph, Raja said that she is very comfortable with her crew, manager Mahmoud Mousa and distributer Adel Ayesh.


 The singer is preparing to film a second music video in Lebanon for her album “Mish Helo Ashano” (It’s Not Good for His Sake), directed by Lebanese Mirna KHayat Abu Al Yas.   She has yet to decide on the scenario for the clip.


 Raja said that she will remember Morocco in her next album, yet she may sing in another Arab dialect that will be understood by a vast audience.


Raja’s first song shares the title of her album “Istaghrabit Hal Al Dunia” (Confused about Life).  The music video for the song brought her notoriety throughout the Arab World.
