Well Arisan he is not a Muslim murderer. He is a defender of Russia. The Chechen leaders chose to attack Russian Dagestan in 1999 in order to impose sharia on this Russian province.

Putin enjoys support of Muslims in Russia who view Russia as their motherland. The war in Chechnya was a tragedy however Chechen separatist leaders who allowed Al Qaeda to launch attacks on Russia from Chechen territory are to blame.
