Emaar Middle East hosts ‘ERP Go Live’ celebration

Emaar Middle East, the developers of Jeddah Gate and Al Khobar Lakes, has successfully implemented an Oracle-based state-of-the-art Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The company organised a celebratory event, ‘ERP Go Live,’ recently to mark the achievement.

The new ERP system aims at supporting the growth strategies of the company with a focus on customer service as well as its associations with contractors and suppliers, by ensuring scientific, modern and efficient performance management.

Eng. Alaa Abdullah Saed, Chief Executive Officer, Emaar Middle East, said: “A strong performance management system is crucial to enhance our customer service standards and to offer all our partners a growth environment that is marked by efficiency and productivity. By organizing, integrating and streamlining our activities, the new ERP system will help us enhance our resource use efficiency and maximise productivity.”

The new system will improve Emaar Middle East’s business processes and enable long-term planning. It drives the company to stay focused on key business objectives such as excellent customer service support and business expansion. The key features of the system are the Oracle Property Sales, CRM, Project Costing and Financial modules.
