Assad: Syrian-Iranian ties will always be stable

Assad iran syriaSyrian President Bashar Assad said on Thursday that Iran-Syria relations will not be unstable under any conditions. According to IRNA, Assad made the remark in inaugural ceremony of commissioning a cement plant in the city of Hamah, adding that implementation of the project, will open a new chapter in mutual relations.

 

He noted, "Operating the plant with participation of our Iranian brothers is a proper response to all attempts with an aim of sowing discord between the two friendly nations."


Iranian minister of Industries and Mines Ali Akbar Mehrabian and minister of Housing and Urban Development Mohammad Saeedi-Kya also took part in the inaugural ceremony of the project of cement plant in Syria.

 

Saeedi Kya also stressed that political ties between Iran and Syria have always been very strong and there will be no problem in this respect, adding: "You see that the president has expressed satisfaction with production of tens of thousands tons of cement as well manufacturing Pride sports utility car in Syria."
