Jomanah Murad takes part in choosing Miss Syria

The Syrian actress Jomanah Murad agreed to act as one of the judges at the first Miss Syrian Beauty Pageant, to be held in Egypt in the middle of May. jum

 

There will be 16 women from Syrian participating in the contest. Other judges on the panel include the Egyptian journalist Muna Siraj, beauty expert Aminah Shilbayeh, fashion designer Muhammad Dagher, the Palestinian artist Latifah Yousif and the former Moroccan beauty queen Iman Al Bani.


 Jomanah has begun filming the third season of the Syrian television drama series “Bab Al Harah” (Town’s Door), directed by Basam Al Mala. Jomanah turned down several other television roles in Egypt and Syrian so that she could devote all of her attention to the series.


 Jomanah plays the role of ‘Sharifah,’ the wife of the Syrian actor Samer Al Masri, who is known as ‘Al Aqid Abu Shhab’ from the popular drama ‘Bab Al Hara.’
